Trauma-Informed Yoga

Gentle, grounding movement to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and reconnection.

What to Expect

Every class is guided by trauma-informed principles of choice, safety, and curiosity. Movements are invitational and paced to support nervous system regulation rather than performance. Participants are encouraged to honor their own rhythm — to move, pause, or rest in ways that feel right for their body.

Language is gentle and empowering, and consent is always prioritized. The focus is less on achieving a posture and more on cultivating awareness, grounding, and self-trust. Each session offers space for integration, inviting balance between body, mind, and breath.

Individualized Sessions

Every session is tailored to your needs — integrating psychoeducation with practical tools for self-regulation. Reiki and optional aromatherapy may be incorporated to deepen relaxation and energetic balance.

Treatment Centers

These groups emphasize body awareness, emotional regulation, and self-agency through gentle, choice-based movement and mindfulness practices. Sessions are designed to complement therapeutic work and provide a safe space for reconnection and regulation.

Private Sessions

Whether you’re seeking one-on-one support, celebrating a milestone, or hosting a retreat, each experience is customized to your intention and needs.

 

Expect grounding, relaxation, and a deeper sense of presence through trauma-informed movement and sound.

Corporate Events 

Sessions are accessible for all levels and can be customized for retreats, conferences, or workplace wellness programs.

 

Each experience integrates nervous system education, gentle movement, and sound to create a grounded, restorative pause in the workday.
